Claudia Biography
About Me...
My path as a practitioner has been shaped by a lifelong exploration of movement, awareness, and healing. Originally from Argentina and trained as a professional dancer at The Juilliard School in New York, I developed an early understanding of the body as a powerful instrument of expression, intelligence, and transformation. Over time, my work naturally expanded beyond movement into the deeper exploration of the mind and emotions; an the inner landscapes that shape our lives. Today, I bring together therapeutic and contemplative practices that support people in reconnecting with their inner balance, resilience, and capacity for healing.
Through an integrative approach that includes hypnotherapy, regression therapy, somatic healing, yoga, mindfulness, EFT, bilateral stimulation and movement practices, I guide individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and natural capacity for healing and transformation.
I feel deeply honored to accompany people on their journey toward greater awareness, healing, and inner balance.
Hypnotherapy & Regression Therapy
Helping individuals gently explore the subconscious mind to release emotional blocks and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy are central aspects of my work, offering a gentle way to explore the deeper layers of the subconscious mind where many of our emotional patterns, beliefs, and memories are held.
For more than two decades, my work has supported individuals and families in exploring healing through hypnotherapy, regression work, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
My journey began in 1995 with meditation and mindfulness practices. Through these practices I discovered the profound connection between inner calm, awareness, and healing. This path deepened when I became a mother and prepared for the birth of both of my children using HypnoBirthing®. Experiencing the power of self-hypnosis and conscious preparation for birth inspired me to support other mothers in approaching childbirth with greater confidence, calm, and trust in their own bodies.
Since 2013 I have been teaching HypnoBirthing® preparation for birth, guiding families through this meaningful and transformative time.
areas of life. In 2017 I became certified by the National Guild of Hypnotist through the Center of Hypnotherapy in Oakland, opening a deeper exploration into the connection between the body and the mind.
In 2021 I completed my certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at the HCH Institute in Lafayette, California. This training deepened my understanding that healing involves not only the mind and body, but also the emotional experiences that may be held in the subconscious, expressed through our thoughts, or stored within the body.
This realization led me to further expand my training in energy healing and Quantum Consciousness with Peter Smith (Australia), while deepening my work in Regression Therapy. In 2024 I earned my diploma in Regression and Past Life Therapy from the Academy of Regression Therapy & Past Life Therapy (UK), founded by Andy Tomlinson.
I am also part of the EARTH Foundation, SRTA Europe, and AETR (Association of Regression Therapists in Spain). Working with clients around the world has given me a multicultural perspective that brings respect, openness, and sensitivity to each person’s unique experience.
In my sessions I integrate somatic awareness, bilateral stimulation, mindfulness practices, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I also lead the online Latin American EFT Academy — Academia Latinoamericana de EFT — where I support students and practitioners in learning and integrating this powerful healing modality.
My work supports individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, emotional blocks, fears, life transitions, relationship difficulties, sleep issues, inner child work, and personal growth.
Each session is guided with care, presence, and deep respect for the unique inner process of every client. My intention is to create a safe space where people can reconnect with their inner wisdom and access their natural capacity to heal and transform, at their own pace and in their own way.
Yoga, Mindfulness & Conscious Movement
I have been a certified yoga teacher since 2005 and have taught internationally to students of all ages. My approach to teaching is deeply influenced by my background in dance, movement studies, mindfulness, and many years of personal yoga practice.
Originally from Argentina, my relationship with movement has always been rooted in expression, awareness, and the understanding of the body as a source of intelligence and healing. I guide students to move with intention, cultivating strength, balance, and presence both on and off the mat.
My training includes studies with respected teachers such as Noah Maze, Jim Baernart, Sianna Sherman, Abby Tucker, Jane Austin, Judith Lasater, and Mary Richards, as well as yoga philosophy with Carlos Pomeda.
My teaching draws from several traditions including Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga, and is enriched by movement studies such as Laban Movement Analysis, the Feldenkrais Method, the Alexander Technique, Pilates, and somatic movement practices.
For more than 15 years, I have specialized in therapeutic and prenatal/postnatal yoga, supporting individuals with chronic pain, stress, or physical tension, as well as mothers during pregnancy and postpartum recovery through mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation.
I teach children, teens, and adults, and lead international Yoga Teacher Trainings in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and Yoga for Youth.
Yoga continues to be a profound source of joy in my life, and I love sharing this practice with others. My intention as a teacher is to create a space where students can reconnect with their bodies, discover their inner strength, and experience yoga as a practice of awareness, balance, and wellbeing.
Dance
I graduated from The Juilliard School in New York City in 1993, where I developed a deep understanding of body physiology, anatomy, and the art of performance. This rigorous training shaped me not only as a dancer, but as an artist dedicated to exploring movement as a powerful form of expression and communication.
My movement and dance curriculum is rooted in the José Limón Technique, Paul Taylor Technique, Martha Graham Technique, Bartenieff Fundamentals, and Hatha Yoga. Over the years, I have taught modern dance, ballet, jazz, tap, creative movement, performance skills, and composition, guiding students to discover their authentic voice through movement.
I have been commissioned by universities and seminaries across the United States and Argentina, bringing dance into diverse performance environments including theaters, outdoor venues, sacred spaces, and educational settings. My work bridges artistic expression and meaningful context, adapting choreography to each unique space.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with composers, visual artists, and poets, translating their creative visions into performances that embody emotion, story, and movement.
Some of the venues where I have choreographed and performed include The Contemporary San Martín Theater and Recoleta Cultural Center in Buenos Aires; Lincoln Center, Merkin Hall, and CAMI Hall in New York City; venues in Salt Lake City; the American Dance Festival in Durham, North Carolina; and Jacob’s Pillow in Massachusetts.
I have developed a multicultural dance curriculum and performed throughout California, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Utah, as well as internationally. I teach in both Spanish and English, creating inclusive environments that connect with diverse communities.
Since 2002, I have worked with the SYDA Foundation, developing movement-based curricula for children, teens, and adults. In 2006, I joined the Julia Morgan Center for the Arts in the San Francisco Bay Area, bringing dance into public schools as a creative educational tool and integrating movement into subjects such as math, history, and other academic disciplines.
I have also trained preschool teachers in the Bay Area to incorporate dance, yoga, and movement into their classrooms. For eleven years I served as a choreographer and performer for the dance department at All Saints Church in Hayward, California, and from 2002 to 2022 I was a performer and teaching artist with the Omega Dance Company.
Today I continue to freelance internationally, teaching dance and movement classes in the United States and Europe. During the pandemic, I also became a certified Zumba instructor, expanding my ability to offer dynamic movement classes with multicultural influences.
I truly love sharing the joy of dance with those who join my classes, creating spaces where movement becomes a source of connection, creativity, and well-being.
