What is Past Life Regression Therapy?

Past Life Regression Therapy is a gentle therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind. It helps you explore and release emotional or energetic patterns that may be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, behaviors, or even unexplained physical sensations. Through deep relaxation or hypnosis, you may access symbolic memories, images, or experiences that allow you to understand and resolve inner conflicts. As these are explored and integrated, many people experience a greater sense of peace, clarity, and emotional freedom in areas of life that previously felt challenging.

For example, physical discomfort that appears without a clear medical cause — such as recurring migraines or unexplained body pain — may carry emotional or symbolic meaning. Similarly, persistent feelings such as guilt, shame, or powerlessness can sometimes reflect deeper unconscious patterns. By bringing awareness to these patterns, the therapeutic process can support healing and transformation.

How Does it Work?

Current Life Regression and Inner Child Regression occurs by going on to the source of where an issue was created and healing it at source.

This can include releasing trapped emotions and trauma that can be held emotionally, mentally or in the tissues of the body. Once released, the client can program positive and empowering beliefs into the sub-conscious mind. As a result, it allows feelings of strength, joy and peace to be experienced in more situations throughout life.

It can be enthralling to find the source of beliefs we have created and have shaped our life, discover how they were formed, whether as adults, young children, or even while still in the mother’s womb.

Sometimes unresolved trauma can be passed down through the genes via our parents and ancestral clearing can become necessary. Current Life regression and Inner Child Regression Therapy can help with this process.

While in trance, we can more easily access a wiser part of us. This is sometimes referred to as the higher self, the wise mind, inner self or the Soul.

The good news is, by visiting the subconscious memory, using Inner Child and Current Life Regression, we can explore how this subconscious belief was formed, and transform the memory to a new one that is empowering. It is a simple and safe process, often resulting in powerful life changing experiences returning peace and wellbeing to our life.

Yes, and we will create a clear intention for your session to most benefit from it.

I call this session a getting to know you more, past life tourism or going to a past life that your higher self will choose for you to explore a positive learning.

What if I don't believe in past life or reincarnation?

You don’t need to hold any particular belief for this therapeutic process to be effective.

During an altered or deeply relaxed hypnotic state, your subconscious mind becomes more active while your conscious mind can rest. In this state, your intuition may guide the experience, sometimes through symbolic stories or metaphors that support healing and deeper understanding of the issues that brought you to the session. I often remind clients that this work is not about proving whether a past life is real or not, but about using a method that helps you connect with your subconscious to gain insight and resolve what you came to address.

The most important aspect is that the therapy can be effective, and you are free to interpret your experience in whatever way feels meaningful and right for you.

Will I remember my Past Life Regression after the session?

Most people will recall all that occurred during their session so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

During the session the only thing to do is to be present, it is better not to try to analyze or try to remember what is going on. You are going to access your subconscious space in yourself, and this is happening because you are allowing yourself to access that space without the layers of criticism of your mind which spontaneously is happening once you have given yourself permission to do so.

Let yourself relax and to go through the process.

We will also have a time to refer to your session afterwards. I encourage my clients to have some time after the session to drink water and journal, even take a walk if possible. You might have more insights about what happened during your session in the days, weeks and month to come.


How Many Sessions Do I Need?

Each person responds quite differently to this work, and I often have a better idea of what is needed after the first session.

I would allow between 3 to 5 sessions for a specific emotional issue. Usually, a significant shift will be noticeable after just 1-2 sessions as we are going straight to the source of the issue and clearing it at source.

People suffering with depression may notice feeling a heaviness lifting after a few sessions. Clients suffering from a lack of confidence have suddenly found themselves more outgoing and really enjoying life. Many phobias can be shifted in just one or two sessions.

For deeper work such as depression or PTSD, more work may be needed.

The number of sessions will be assessed on an individual basis depending on the nature of the issue and how the client responds. Ultimately, we will be assessing how your reactions to life’s triggers are improving.

Before our first session we have a 15-minute free call to talk and answer questions. Take advantage of this time.

When we have our first session, we will take 15 to 25 minutes to go over the reason/s for the session.
